Every brand agreement, from signed contract to talent payout.

For talent agencies and independent managers. Revarden shows you:

  • Work delivered but not invoiced
  • Brand payments that are late
  • What each talent is owed

Built around the agreement

Deliverables, brand invoices, brand payments and talent payouts sit on the agreement they belong to. Money moves in your bank, and Revarden keeps the record.

Receivables

Every unpaid brand invoice by age, with its follow-up log and a reminder drafted from its figures for you to send from your own email.

Deliverables

Track each deliverable from planned to live. Delivered work that isn’t on an invoice shows up as ready to invoice.

Talent payouts

Each brand payment sets what the talent is owed after commission, advances and holdbacks. Revarden won’t record a payout above what’s owed, or before the brand has paid.

Agreements and documents

The fee, key dates and signed contract on each agreement, with the clauses that matter saved with their page number.

How it works

Import agreements and open brand invoices from CSV files, 500 rows at a time. Then every agreement runs like this one.

Wrenfield Talent is an example agency with made-up records.

Agreement signedJul 17, 2026

The agreement holds the $10,000.00 fee and the signed contract. The next five steps record its money, from the fee to the talent’s payout.

Deliverables liveJul 30, 2026

As the three posts go live, their $10,000.00 shows as ready to invoice, here and on Today, until it is on an invoice.

Invoice issuedJul 30, 2026

INV-1046 bills Brambleway Skincare $10,000.00 the same day, due Aug 14. It stays on Receivables until it is paid.

Followed up when lateAug 20, 2026

Aug 14 passed unpaid. Revarden drafted a reminder, Maya sent it from her own email and logged the brand’s promise to pay by Aug 24.

Paid by brandAug 24, 2026

The brand paid $10,000.00 on Aug 24, as promised. Recording it closes the invoice and marks the promise kept.

Commission and payoutSep 8, 2026

Of the brand’s $10,000.00, $2,000.00 commission stays with the agency. Theo has been paid $7,200.00, the advance included. The $800.00 held back until Oct 23 is still owed to him.

Who it’s for

  • Talent agencies

Brand agreements across a roster of talent, shared by managers and finance.

  • Independent managers

One manager and their roster, with room for two teammates.

  • Finance and operations leads

Brand invoices, payments and talent payouts in one record, with a report for every month.

Every plan includes the whole workspace. You pay for people with access or an invitation waiting, never for the talent you manage, and never a percentage of what your agency earns.

What does Revarden do?

It keeps each brand agreement with its deliverables, brand invoices, payments and talent payouts. Today shows what needs doing: brands to follow up, work to invoice and talent to pay.

Does Revarden move money or take a cut?

No. Brands pay your agency and your agency pays talent, outside Revarden. Revarden records each payment and payout, charges a flat monthly price and never takes a percentage of what your agency earns.

Does Revarden send reminders to brands?

No. It drafts each reminder from the invoice’s figures. You send it from your own email, then log what was sent, promised or disputed.

What if the talent invoices the brand?

Record the agreement with the talent invoicing the brand. Revarden then tracks the commission the talent owes your agency instead of a payout.

Can we bring in what we already have?

Yes. Agreements and open brand invoices come in from CSV files, and you can attach signed contracts as PDF, Word or text files. Revarden doesn’t connect to email, accounting or e-signature tools.

Which currencies does it support?

US dollars and euros. Each agreement keeps its own currency, and totals are shown per currency. Revarden never converts or combines them.

Who can see our data?

The people your agency adds, with their roles. Revarden sees account totals to run the service, and opens your records only while your Owner allows support access, for 24 or 72 hours, or when security or the law requires it. How Revarden keeps records private
