Who counts toward our plan?

Each named person with access, including the Owner, on any of their devices, and each invitation waiting to be accepted. The talent you manage is never counted.

Which plan fits my team?

Starter is for one person, with room for up to 3. Agency includes 5 people and Scale 15. From 14 people, Scale costs less than Agency at every size. With 40 people or more, or several entities, write to us about Enterprise. The product is the same on every plan. Estimate your price

How do we start?

Request access with a few details about your agency, and we’ll reply by email.

Does Revarden take a percentage of our agreements?

No. Plans are a flat monthly price by the number of people, whatever your agreements are worth.

How many invoices can we keep?

Up to 5,000 invoices for each agency and 100 for each agreement, voided ones included, on every plan. If your agency keeps more, or will, write to hello@revarden.com before you bring your records in.

Can we take our records with us?

Yes. Members can export agreements, invoices, payments, deliverables, talent payouts, tasks and the monthly report as CSV files, and download the original documents. An Owner can ask us to limit CSV exports to some roles. Security and data
